Out of TownMaui

Our regular readers may have noticed far fewer tweets, and an absence of posts during the past week. There was a reason for that. Case and I took a week off to visit the beautiful island of Maui. Although we had some Internet access, it wasn’t the most natural thing to jump onto the computer when surrounded by all this wonderful sun and sea. To make up for it, we’re attempting to document the culinary part of our trip. 

We aren’t really familiar with Hawaiian cuisine. After this short trip, we won’t  purport to even know the tip of it. But what we found was a wonderful blend of food influenced from all over: Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese and American. So in addition to our regular posts, over the next week or so, we’ll be posting about our Maui dining experience. Follow, as we eat our way through paradise.
